COWGIRL RIBS – Our pork ribs start with a dry rub, are then slow roasted,

and grilled to finish with our honey-chipotle sauce.  Served with smoked gouda-garlic

mashed potatoes and a grilled vegetable skewer.

NY STRIP – a grilled 12oz. Angus strip steak served with smoked gouda-garlic

mashed potatoes, roasted squash and bordelaise sauce.  25.95

SALMON – A broiled 6oz. wild Copper River Coho salmon filet, served over ginger-scallion rice.

Accompanied by roasted squash and topped with a blood orange glaze.    20.95

COWBOY STEAK – 14oz. bone in, chili rubbed Ribeye, grilled to perfection and topped with

spicy fried onion threads.  Served with potato croquettes and roasted tomatoes.  27.95

OSSO BUCO – A 16oz hind veal shank braised until “falling off the bone” tender.  Served

over saffron-parmesan risotto 29.95

TUNA – Grilled sushi grade Yellow Fin Tuna encrusted with black sesame, poppy, and mustard

seeds.  Served over a soba noodle and wakame salad and topped with cucumber-radish slaw  21.95

CHICKEN PICCATA– Free range chicken breast, lightly battered, then sautéed with capers,

artichokes and mushrooms in a white wine, butter and lemon sauce.  Served over fresh garlic

and parsley linguine.   18.95

LAMB – Twin curry rubbed 6oz. lamb chops, grilled to your liking.  Served with mint rice pilaf,

sautéed peppers and onions, and a mint dipping sauce.  27.95

FILET MIGNON – A grilled 8 oz. Angus filet topped with a gorgonzola cheese–buttered bread

crumb mixture.  Served with smoked gouda-garlic mashed potatoes, sautéed broccolini, and

bordelaise sauce.  31.95

SCALLOPS – Jumbo dry sea scallops seared, topped with a white truffle butter sauce

and served with a wild mushroom risotto.   23.95

DUCK – A roasted half duck served over ginger rice and topped with plum reduction sauce.

Accompanied by a hoisin dressed spinach salad.   27.95

PORK CHOP – A two bone 16oz. chop rubbed with brown sugar and chili powder, then grilled.

Served with potato croquettes, roasted tomatoes, and a chocolate mole sauce.  22.95
